Terrible, I really don’t like this chain and I will now tell you why.
They are just so pushy and there is little or no after care. The fact that these guys sell on behalf of networks means that they will struggle to fix any problems that you have. Anytime I have called in here to check stuff out or to ask a couple of quick questions I have found myself being sold stuff that I don’t want or need.
As I have said in other reviews, I used to work for Orange and sold mobile phones for quite a while so I like to think that I know what I’m talking about when it comes to this kind of shop. I know what I’m doing when it comes to customer service and the overall experience people should be expecting when you walk in the door of this kind of place.
I would avoid this place if I were you.

This Unilocaler is not a happy bunny. Having spilt water over my mobile and being only 6 months into my contract, I was forced to buy a pay-​as-​you-​go handset to use my SIM card in. I needed a phone ASAP which was the only reason I actually went through with the sale with the most patronising sales person you could ever have the bad luck to encounter.
I started off by asking about iphones and how much they cost to buy without taking out a contract. The sales person looked down his nose and informed me that ‘iphones are an aspirational item’. Now this means he was saying that I wanted an iphone but for economic reasons couldn’t have one. I was literally dizzy with rage. How the
$%&^ could he possibly know what my financial situation was? How very dare he? I almost bought one just to spite him, but it would have been £400.
So, I made my choice, which he proclaimed ‘a good budget phone’. It was, £70, not £20 but what do I know. Now what I am going to say next sounds really stupid to me now, but I foolishly asked him to make sure he didn’t give me the display model. How was I to know the display models are dummies? His reaction was unreal — he actually visibly flinched at my stupidity and replied with a snigger ‘those wouldn’t be actual phones’. That was it, the beast was unleashed and I told him what I thought of his attitude but spoilt it by ending with ‘whatever’. How lame.
So, a great range of phones and good prices, but a rude rude rude member of staff.
