The Steensons

Steensons do absolutely beautiful jewellery. Sadly, I haven’t yet made my fortune, so most of it is out of my price range. No harm in looking though, right?
Their stock is unique in terms of contemporary jewellery. It’s of the best quality and the service you get is really top drawer.
Since it’s out of reach for most of us, Steensons is best for «investment pieces». They offer a design service, which, as Geraldine D mentioned, is great for wedding and engagement rings. I shudder to think what they charge, but for something as important as that, I’d hazard a guess that it’s worth it!

This place would get the full five stars from me if it were a bit more affordable for the average Joe. Don’t get me wrong the end product is worth the one off design and the exceptional craftsmanship that goes into each and every piece.
If you are seeking a really special piece such as an engagement ring or a wedding ring but you want something designed by yourself and totally original then this is the place for you.
Top quality products at top the range prices but you are guaranteed to be happy with the service you get. my friend had her wedding ring designed here and she raves about them still three years after her wedding. The one to one service and the attention to detail are second to none. Her ring is absolutely beautiful.

This name is synonymous in Belfast with good quality, individual, unique jewellery. Its well known as an artsy showroom and it displays the work of Bill and Christina Steenson, who are well known Goldsmiths and ever-​popular. I can remember my A-​Level art teacher enthusing about their designs when we were in class, and she was always receiving gifts from her family in the form of Steensons jewellery. They have lots of designs and styles to choose from, and do bespoke custom made jewellery also. What they have started doing recently is a re-​styling service that re-​uses old stones in new settings. Some of their designs are very edgy and unusual, and I can see why people like it. I recently bought my Mum a very unusual brooch from here and the staff were so helpful when I was choosing it. It wasn’t cheap, it’s a place to go to for a very special gift, but it’s excellent quality and a good investment.
