One of the smaller off licences you’ll go into. It’s also one of those off licenses that you can’t actually walk around. You walk in the front door and you’re at the counter. Tell the member of staff what you want and they’ll get it. I don’t mind it that way, as off licences like that are handy places to stop off if you’re picking up a few beers on your way somewhere — no aisles to negotiate, no to-ing and fro-ing between shelves as you try to remember what you’ve to pick up. In the door, ask for what you want, and you’re quickly on your way again. Slightly more expensive than bigger supermarket off licences, but you’re paying out of convenience in the end.
