Well, if you ever want to experience flying but dropping from an aeroplane makes your legs turn to jelly then you should definitely book yourself in here. The longest zip wire in the northern hemisphere and fastest in the world(apparently) is a one mile, less than a minute, zoom across a quarry and lake alongside another travelling companion. This area of Wales is becoming a bit of an outdoor enthusiasts adventure dream and there are many other things to do in the local area. This, their first location is the big one, but another isn’t too far away with underground cave trampolines which I am yet to take part in. The operation here is slick and safety conscious. Nothing can go wrong as you hurtle at speeds approaching 100mph in your sling below the cable all the way down. For £60 you get a short zip wire(fun but not the main attraction) to a van waiting to shuttle you up a 15 minute bumpy track through the quarry to the big zipper. If you are an adrenaline junkie with sky dives and bungee jumps under your belt, you may find this a bit tame, but if not, you will be very happy. They make some videos(edited and stuff) of you zipping along which are emailed to you afterwards(although I may have got my details wrong despite checking 3 times as I am yet to receive mine despite friends getting theirs) but if you feel like taking your own gopro along then just make sure you ask for the correct helmet to attach it to(no hand helds).
