New Look

It’s quite a big shop with two floors, elevator and stairs. The staff are very friendly and I haven’t had any bad experiences with any. The sales section is disorganised but other than that the store is relatively tidy. It’s located inside Broadway thankfully so no need to walk through the cold to get there. The clothes are nice but it’s sometimes hard to find clothes that look good on me. It would be nice if they catered a little more to girls who are taller and ones that have larger busts. Overall though it’s a great store.

So, this store is HUGE. Especially when put into the context of the whole Broadway. It’s two floors with an entire floor dedicated to shoes, which is nothing short of brilliant for me and it even has a Tall section — something I desperately need.
It’s usually tidy and has helpful staff but my visits there have been hit and miss. Once, I went to find a pair of boots and the assistant was really helpful and put a pair aside for me. Another time I was looking for a dress to wear to graduation and had the distinct impression the sales assistants were snickering about the customers in the changing room, which was an extremely uncomfortable experience. They also don’t have the full range of products listed online or even enough to provide competition against Bluewater just a few miles up the road.
If you’re looking for a hoodie or a jumper or something simple, then it’s perfect. If you’re looking for good service and something you saw online, go the extra 10 minutes up the A2 to Bluewater — if you park in the right carpark you’re literally right outside the door for free too.

Wow new store, its hugh, spread over two floors, there is everything you would want, they have great deals occasionally, staff are friendly, service is quick, its superbly located on the broadway, so if you want a break from all the shopping there is plenty of food and other shops to empty your wallet in… HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I love this store for so many reasons. Its well laid out and there is a lot of choice. The prices are fantastic and really value for money. I love the fact you can get a pair of black jeans for £10 and a pair of shoes for £20 or even £10 in the sale.
This is a great store.
