If it was possible i would give this company a zero rating. It took ages to get any reliable information out of them — they NEVER call you back, they behave as if they are doing you a favour not that you are PAYING for a service. When i asked to be given notice regarding when the work could be completed so i could arrange to work at home on that day (hardly unreasonable), the manager lost his temper and hung up on me. Don’t bother!
