An okay phone store. Full of salespeople that don’t know much about what they’re selling, but know that the ‘3’ contracts they’re selling are much cheaper than anything else on offer, so they’ll sell the phones anyway.
Friendly enough, but not a very big store. A very different experience to the nearby Orange, 02 and Apple stores

The first thing I noticed was how small and cramped the store was, not easy to move around with half a dozen people in there. I went in to look at a new phone to get on contract, and did not get even one member of staff approaching me, this put me off getting a phone. Your loss 3. The location of the store is good however, it is less than a minute away from the bullring, so convenient and easy to find if you can put up with having to jump and down to get a member of staffs attention. It’s like they don’t want to make any money!
