Centrick property offer everything that you could need property wise.
A great location next to the Mailbox, it’s spacious inside and the staff here are really good and know their stuff inside out. They cover sales, lettings, management, and even portfolio services, so if you have several properties that you would like them to take care for you, i can’t think of anyone else in the city who could offer a better service.
They have several different houses, flats and apartments on display in both shop windows, available for rent and sale. Being a city centre location, you would expect them to cover the sought after locations, such as Mailbox apartments, the Jewellery Quarter, The Cube and canal-​side locations.
I liked how they’ve etched or tattooed their qr code on the front of the building, so if you can’t pop in, or it’s closed and you happen to be passing it by, you can scan the code into your smart phone and get the details online. I’ve not seen any other business do this so far, and it’s a first for Birmingham, so well done for leading by example.
Overall I liked the service in here, helpful staff who are not pushy just well informed and friendly.
