There was always going to be some serious winners when Birmingham New Street station was redeveloped and Coffee lounge has to be one of them. Its doors are now opposite the new entrance to the station!
The café still has a lot of charm that some of the bigger chains lack and it also boasts a full hot food menu and live music on occasion. I like the way the food here is displayed here, everything looked vibrant and fresh leaving me instantly wishing it was lunch time already.
My coffee was nice and strong (very important for the first one of the day) and the staff here are pleasant and friendly. A great first visit!
