Winners World Church meets here every Sunday from 11_29th in a nice big room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lift is a but sometimish. There is a computer in reception at £1 per 20 mins. The water feature is calming. The bar is comfortable and I’ve Been there while I am waiting for prayer meeting or for friends to socialise. I have never stayed there but guests look happy. I must book in one evening for research.

This is a funny old place situated on Station Street near the Old Rep — basically a bargain hotel with a bar attached, I guess this would be a good place to stay if you have an early train to catch and don’t mind a hotel room that smells of chip fat(weird but true). Strangely for a place that is lacking in atmosphere I’ve had a couple of really good nights in the bar — once when they showed the Eurovision and another after a horror festival at the Electric where I was a bit giddy after meeting the bloke who played Leatherface in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre(he was a very nice man) — but I have a feeling this was down to the cheap vodka shots they sell here rather than anything else. It’s a good place to people watch though and it is cheap.

This is a cosy, welcoming hotel. A booked double room and it was only £50!!! and that included tea making facility, on-suite bath and a t. v and wireless network connection! It’s small but is suitable for children as well as adults. It’s located in the city centre and not far from the bullring and pallasades. I really enjoyed my night here, it wasn’t spooky or creepy but neat, tidy and clean!
