Took a fully functioning iPhone 5c in with broken screen. Screen was replaced quickly but the phone is now broken in so many ways now. It won’t even tell the time, GPS no longer works, Bluetooth is not functioning. Took the phone back to DVP mobiles and he was not interested, stated the problems must have been there previously. After a lot of argument he agreed to have another look at it, basically re flashed the software which was not the problem. His only suggestion was I take it to Apple to repair. Of course Apple aren’t interested because the screen has been swapped, so I’m stuck with a partially functioning phone.
