This is a large store which sells a wide range of goods.
There never seems to be any staff about and if you ask for help you are either in a queue or they say i am on the till and have to stay here!
We went in there a few days ago and although there was about 3 staff on the shop floor there was only one staff member who knew what he was doing and there as a queue of people waiting to see him.
However we ordered some bikes and when we went to pick them up a few days later they were ready and waiting for us.

This Halfords is situated on the corner by the junction, easy to get to and also has parking right outside. Its a good size store with plenty of stock. I personally prefer to go to the larger Sutton Coldfield shop though as their customer service is a lot better.
