I haven’t been in here for over a year because most of the staff were rude, unproffesional. Drunk, discrinatory and liked calling police to harrass customers. So I wandered tonight because I’d missed my bus and it was either this one or the one on the ramp which openly discriminate against homeless people. I didn’t recognise any of the staff tonight. The first person who served me was polite. It was very quiet, I went to the bank and when I came back the staff rwalking round in twos informing people to leave, The second staff member was ok taking my orders, didn’t give me a receipt I ordered a festive burger pie and hot chocolate. They’d run out of the latter. The police came in, they went to talk to so. e sleeping customers, I thought I’d witness another aggressive arrest on a homeless person. The person who served me called the police to tell tales. He served a drink to one of the policemen while I waited and waited. He finally brought it. I asked where’s my, sorry for. Keeping me waiting? He replied something like where do you think you are? To which I replied there is no need to be rude especially as I have Trip Advisor and Unilocal to write it up. The place got noiser and noiser ruder and ruder yet no staff said anything. Won’t be going back there for a while. .. .

Wasn’t satisfied fully because staff members were discussing which member would serve me. I found this rather rude and the worst thing was they thought I couldn’t see or hear what they were doing. Apart from that I got served. Won’t be going to that McDonald’s again.

Friendly staff and a swift service but the two groups of people without purchases made this a poor experience for me today. I normally go to Mcdonalds by myself as I’d go to a coffee shop or a pub if I’ve a food buddy. This Mcdonalds has been in Cherry Street for some years however the one at Paradise Forum has gone to make way for new buildings or I’d have gone there.
