This shop is situated in the middle of the Bullring, meaning that it’s easy to reach from both public transport and card(underground parking). This is the biggest branch of Monsoon I have ever shopped in, and it is next door/connected to a large branch of Accessorize for a full-scale treating session. The store has a large selection of eveningwear, daywear, children’s clothing, home accessories, bags, jewellery and even a menswear section. The back of the store where the menswear is can be a bit dark, so it’s worth checking the colour carefully on anything you are trying to match. The women’s clothing can be expensive, but the quality of the fabric and the detailing is exquisite. The clothes also last well; I am still wearing items I bought many years ago(although I did shed a tear or two when moths ate my favourite aubergine cardi). The Monsoon sale is fantastic, with enormous reductions on many items. Don’t forget to keep going back, as further reductions are made; I have had a £90 jacket for under a tenner, and plenty of other bargains. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the dressing rooms really glamourous, with good mirrors.

This is a much larger store than the Pavillions branch, although the two outlets do have slightly different items in stock meaning both are worth a look if you’re shopping for something special. This shop has a mens, childrens and womens section(including bridal) which means everyone is usually happy and the fact that it is attached to an Accessorize is very handy! I have had issues with customer service, the staff aren’t entirely helpful and can be quite snotty which ruins the shopping experience. Since encountering problems with trying to return an item I have been reluctant to shop there and considering the price increases I haven’t been able to anyway which is a shame because in the past I’ve had some really nice clothes from Monsoon.

I do like having a look around Monsoon stores and this one is the biggest near to me. The staff are friendly and helpful and the quality of clothes is top notch. The price is a little high for me for everyday wear so I tend to keep an eye out for the sales and buy some items then! The sales usually start at half price and then what is left after a few weeks goes down to 70% off. My sister in law purchased her bridesmaid shoes from this Monsoon store and they were very beautiful and not too highly priced. They do some beautiful children’s clothes and accessories

Gorgeous clothes, sometimes a tad ‘old’. Expensive, so not a place I would shop in regularly.

I love Monsoon and was really glad they opened this huge store in the city centre as it is central to everything and so easy to look around, plus it has their full collection of items unlike the Pavillions store. The staff are helpful, the shop is tidy and the décor is lovely. This shop has a mens section, childrens section, womens section and even a bridal section! It s huge and fun to look around, the best of the Monsoon stores.
