Stak Hair Studio

Today I had my hair permanently straightened by Fozia at Stak hair studio. I am thrilled by the result. My hair is ultra glossy and smooth. Just amazed. Fozia is the best hairdresser I’ve been to. She is a true artist committed, creative and so dilligent. Her attention to detail is magnificent. She cares about her clients and their expectations. She more than delivers a high quality service.

I’ve been a loyal customer but everytime I’ve had to wait & wait & wait. Enough was enough this week. I arrived on time, a customer was being attended to. 15 minutes after my appointment time she was finished but there was already another client in the salon area waiting after a shampoo. At half an hour late someone was asked to come to reception & ask us (there was another lady in reception as well) if we wanted a drink. Knowing this meant more waiting I said to the other lady that I just wanted a hair cut at which point she told me she had already been waiting an hour. the assistant came over & I told her enough was enough & that I always have to wait too long & was fed up with it & that this day I didn’t have the time to do this. I asked for a call to tell me what time I could come back on the same day or on the next when I wouldn’t have to wait. No one has phoned or come to see me. I could go on. but shant. Shame.

I came in here for a Swedish massage a while ago I did not want a full one, but instead booked to have a back, neck and shoulder massage. Booking an appointment was easy and the girl who booked me in over the phone was really nice. Very friendly and also polite. When I went in I was made to feel very welcome and offered magazines and refreshments whilst I waited for the therapist. Inside it is very nice, it has a modern and yet cosy atmosphere about it and it is very clean and organised, which I always expect from a hair and beauty salon. My therapist did not keep me waiting long and I was soon shown into the treatment room. The masseuse was lovely and my massage was perfect, just what I had hoped for. The price was fairly standard for a 30min massage — £30.00 and I was very impressed with everything!
