Most of the staff here are very quick, friendly and I can have a laugh with them. One staff member in particular she has a Spanish or Mexican accent (I will learn her name) remembers me coming in so often and makes me feel like an individual when she greets me as opposed to the same spiel I get from other people in customer facing rolls, and it’s really hard to make someone feel like your talking to them like that when you do the same thing every day so that’s why it sticks with me.
One or two staff there, the customer facing roll is not there forte and you can tell they don’t enjoy it but overall everyone there does there job pretty well.
You can pay with Starbucks card now and my favourite the electronic phone app. It could be improved by letting us redeem rewards there as well.
