The staff are pretty friendly but I never find them too knowledgeable. Unfortunately the Superfi brand has moved towards the low-​end of the market, so if you are an enthusiast wanting the mid to high end gear you wont be able to find anything here. They do not carry much stock so many things have to be ordered in as well — do not expect them to stock your floorstanding loudspeakers in the colour you want and go home that day with them.
They do not specialise is custom installs so if you want an integrated solution for your home or small business you may find it difficult to build a full system.

Been here twice now and both times left with a bad feeling, both about pricing. First time i was lied to about their webprices (i asked about a specific product and they claimed the price on the website was a different product), second time i couldn’t get it for the price of the website, i had to pay 12% more. Unbelievable! As if they didn’t want to make a sale in less then 5 minutes. Also the staff wasn’t friendly or helpful in any way. Other branches (Nottingham and Stockport) of Superfi were far better so i ended up buying the products from there).
Make a wise choise: cross the street and go to Richer Sounds!
