i went here the other day, It is nice place to go for light bite or meal and drinks. The smoothly i had was refreshing and i wanted more but for the price i thought again. As i live in centre Birmingham it a bit out my way to go again, but if im in area i would think about it

This is in a bit of a strange place but it’s definitely nicer inside than it is outside. If you’re in the area and in need of a bite to eat for lunch, you could do far worse than sampling some food from here. I tend to get bored of the standard lunch options so it made a nice change to be able to add a chicken tikka masala to a jacket potato. It tasted good and was only £2.50. If you’re looking for a place to grab some lunch and you’re in the area, this will do nicely. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but walking by, it does the job.

I hadn’t got a drink with my lunch out in Erdington so popped into the Red Couch to get something refreshing. I really like the interior, especially the low-level red lighting. The sofa that gives the place its name sits on a mini platform at the front of the shop and looks so comfortable I’d be afraid I’d want to move in. It looks like a standard café on the outside, and on the inside too actually but upon opening a menu I realised there’s a huge amount of stuff you can order for lunch here. They even have dedication sections on their menu to fajitas and stuffed peppers alongside all the usual lunchy things. There’s quite a bit of Indian food on the menu as well as full English breakfasts and bagels. Even though I was mega impressed with the fact they had lassis on the menu I went for a tropical breeze smoothie. It took ages to come out and tasted really bitter. It was a disappointment.

This place sounds more like a psychiatrists than a coffee shop! Either way I was in need of refreshment after some retail therapy when I paid a visit. It’s modern and funky and offers a large range of snacks. I had a ham and salad baguette which was generously filled. I had a large cappuccino to wash it down and pick me up. The place was clean and the service was friendly making it an decent place to stop off.
