Went to their all you could eat buffet, with the family. Great service, good choice of food, which was continually topped up. Superb taste, would definately go again.

The China Inn states that its the first ‘specialist in MSG free food in the city’ I asked the waiter what this meant who informed me that monosodium gluntonate (or something) is found is alot of fried food and particularly Chinese cuisine. To be honest I’ve never heard of it and I couldn’t taste the difference (sorry) but if you know about MSG and you don’t like it them the China inn is the place for you?!
They have a regular menu including all the usual sweet and sour balls and noodle dishes. They do a bargain set 2 course menu £11.99 on quieter days.

nice chinese restaurant situated near felpham and on main road to littlehampton/​bognor. large restaurant-​cant miss it-​black and white exterior. large car park at back and some parking on front (exit on roundabout). looks very busy during day because garage opposite use their car park! lunchtime never busy-​not sure about lunch at weekends. food is good traditional chinese-​nothing to get too excited over. staff very friendly and owner lovely and chatty. good for parties or large gatherings as so many tables! huge choice on menu.
there are rooms upstairs for b&b and think they are being refirbished.

The China Inn is a really good restaurant. It is nice inside and has parking which is good. The food is lovely there is so much choice and they also do special menus e, g, banquets and all you can eat for a certain price. With certain starters they carve a flower or a bird out of a potato or carrot which is really clever and makes it look fancy, the children like it too. The prices are reasonable and you get a chocolate or fortune cookie with your bill which is a nice added touch. Great for a romantic meal or a family gathering. I have heard that it is also a hotel with several rooms available and breakfast included.
