We recently used Elite to reupholster some chairs that had got damaged when we had a little problem with our shower upstairs(long story). There were excellent from start to finish and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else. It was actually quite a long, drawn-out process. First the guy came round with some samples; then we had to decide which was best; then arrangements had to be made for the chairs’ collection and after that they had to be delivered back to us. At virtually every stage the proprietor was efficient, friendly and helpful — what more can you ask for? I don’t know whether the price was good value or not because the insurance company paid — but it seemed fairly reasonable to me. So all in all: an excellent local service.
