Olympus chippie is an ace place to know, should you ever find yourself in Bolton with a growling stomach.
The chips here are more expensive than your average chip-​shop, but mercifully, what you get here is a superior chip than anywhere else in Bolton.
More crucially is the chance to sit down and eat your food from a plate. I know there’s a certain romanticism that surrounds eating fish ‘n’ chips from newspaper, but let’s be honest, most places don’t do that anymore, leaving you with a depressing yellow styrofoam tray.
No. This chipper is designed to give you a good feed with a pot of tea while you take the load off your weary legs after a day of shopping.
The service is sharp and very friendly indeed. Get yersen in!

Fish and chips are to die for. More expensive than the local chippy but you can sit in. Which is ideal when you are out shopping. Very popular with older people of the town who shun modern takeaways such as subway, mc donalds

Olympus are a fish and chip restuarant with an ajoining take away.
I have only ever used the restuarant part of the establishment and i wasn’t dissopointed.
There is lots of choice on the menu, including fish favourites and also other options for those who want some thing different.
They also do a meal deal which is what i had. This includes: fish, chipd, bread + butter and a pot of tea.
I cant remember the exact price but i remeber feeling it was good value for money and the homemade tartar sauce was divine.
The staff were friendly and the service was fast.

Olympus fish and chip shop and adjoining restaraunt is situated in Bolton opposite Home and Bargains at the corner on a main road.
The shop front is attractive and up to date and it is a large corner premises.
The shop is clean and the staff are very friendly and they offer eat in or take out option for your meal, the restaraunt is quite large and roomy. Cosy and warm.
Service is efficient and, as I have already mentioned, friendly.
The menu is good and prices are reasonable. The chips and fish are of a very good standard, one of my favourite chipshops, my husband often visits as he really enjoys the standard of food, especially the fish.
I would highly recommend Olympus chip shop for a tasty treat, a warm and friendly place to visit on a cool day while shopping, or on a sunny day to take out. I think you may be pleasantly surprised.

Olympus is a great little takeaway shop in Bolton it looks good from the outside and is very modern inside. It is very inviting. The food is very nice in here and I come here quite a lot. The fish andd chips in here are really nice. The prices are quite good and you get big portions. It does get a bit crowded in here sometimes but always a great atmosphere. You can talk to the staff and have a laugh with them. They serve really nice foreign food in here as well like egg fried rice and kebabs. I will defiantly stay a regular here.

This is a nice fish and chips shop situated near bolton train station.
You have the option to eat in or take out if you wish which means you can put your feet up when you have had a hard morning of shopping.
The staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable, the smell of the chips always draws me in.
This has got to be one of the best chippy’s in Bolton!

This place is flawless. perfect food, the nicest staff you could possibly have (where else nowadays opens the door for you on arrival and departure and helps you with you coat??) its just the best fish and chip restaurant in bolton and is an essential visit if you are hungry and in town!!!
