I used to live in Farnworth so this was my ‘local’ pram shop.
Now it does have a rather extensive range of nursery goods instock however the bad news is that it’s all crammed into the building making it difficult and claustrophobic to browse around and can appear overwhelming. Despite specialising in childrens goods I didn’t find the staff at all child friendly and when looking for both a tandem pram and later a single stroller I found them very reproving and with a lack of patience towards my well behaved toddler at the time.
The staff are not very approachable or attentive and myself and family had a distinct feeling of being ‘looked down at’ as the woman working there seemed snotty. It’s amusing how their attention and behavior changed when my very conservatively dressed mother with a gold card accompanied me.
We shopped here because we needed items there and then and don’t drive so it was more a case of needs must but i cannot at all say that this was a nice shopping experience and not an easily browsable place.
