Lord Of Body, Massage and Acupuncture House

It was all a bit awkward to be honest. I had booked in an hour of reflexology and when I got there I was told by the «Doctor» that an hour was too long for reflexology (not been a problem with a previous reflexologist that I used to go to all the time before I moved to this area) and that I should go for «something more as your body is a machine, it is all linked».
Now, not knowing what that really mean I went upstairs with one of the women, then the «doctor» came up a few minutes later and told me to strip down to my knickers and get comfortable on the bed.
Now, this is not normally a problem when you have planned to go to a full body massage, but when you have only planned to get your feet out and the tops of your legs needed waxing, dread began to set in.
Anyway, I did it though and got down to my Bridget Jones and laid face down on the bed with a towel covering me.
The doctor wanted to check my bones before the lady started the massage, again all a bit awkward.
So, the «doctor» left — she’s not a doctor in the UK as she is «too qualified» over here.
Blinking Nora! It was meant to be relaxing, I was in clip, the only thing I liked was the part when she got to my feet and that shock horror was what I had wanted in the first place!
I was in the main grimacing and bracing throughout the ordeal. I did not feel relaxed at all. It blinking well hurt.
The next day I was so sore and didn’t feel any benefit from it at all.
It wasn’t horrendous, I’m not saying that. Maybe I was being too English and should have piped up and said go easy or back the hell off, instead of lying through an hour of hard massage.
I don’t know if I will go back, I might give it another bash when I am not feeling so awkward, have waxed leg tops and have the balls to tell the woman to go easy on me!
