Do not stay here at weekends unless you are deaf or do not need sleep. The luve bands and disco permeate the entire structure and make sleep practically impossible. The staff are all very apologetic but can do nothing to help. Earplugs might help.

Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help us. Excellent location situated close to the sea front, the Russell-​Cotes Museum and other amenities. The breakfast was just about the best we’ve ever had from any hotel full English if you wanted (though I woiuld like to have seen a vegetarian option) or continental and the most fantastic selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, juices and even nuts. Rooms were clean and we also had access to a jacuzzi an a gym. We had a very pleasant stay here and if we come back to Bournemouth we’ll stay here again.

Friendly staff that helped us get into the car park. (its the entrance just on the round-​a-​bout stop press the button to get reception and they will lift the barrier for you) room was lovely. the BIC is opposite and there is ice skating. I booked a comedy night Jongleurs @ coyote Ugle which again is just up the road. I would come back again for a weekend.
