Subway

I like subway a lot and I’ve been to quite a few at this point and this subway has consistently had the worst service of any I’ve been to. About once a year I’m in Bournemouth and eat here and both times have been extremely disappointing. Last year midday on a weekend they were almost completely out of ingredients. Today at lunch there was a moderate que of about 10 people in front of me and two employees serving the line, which one could reasonably expect to be cleared in 5 – 15 minutes depending on the skill of the workers. Instead it took almost 30 minutes before my order was completed, entered incorrectly into the till (charging me extra) and was not given any change, which I had to ask for to receive back.
The food was fine, which I’ll happy give the extra star for however the service has been reliably awful. Who knows, maybe when I torture myself next year I’ll be able to give it a better score.

Very handy store in the heart of the city shopping area, parking not great and advise parking around the rear where you can find a car parking lot thats validated, seems to me that all parking in the U. K its costly.
Well, this subway is like any other, it has stools at the front so you can see the world passing by whilst enjoying a chicken and cheese melt with chilli peppers… jalapeños of course nothing less, with a coffee or coke :)

We purchased a number of subway sandwiches to feed the people that where helping us with our wedding the day before. The staff in the subway where everyone helpful in advising the best choice with trying to please everyone. The sandwiches were very well made and everyone was happy. The price is aways good for such a fresh sandwich made how you like it.
