This shop is so tiny, It puts you off going in as you see how many people there are in there and it is so cramped that it is hard to move around without knocking something over. It is a nightmare. I found the staff unfriendly as well, and not to mention the prices are quite expensive for what you get, the quality of the jewelery is cheap and most of it looks cheap as well. Also my hair items never lasted long.

This shop is really small and really crowded, even when there is only two or three people in it! The racks of jewellery make it impossible to navigate through when you’re holding some shopping, I feel sorry for anyone with even a small single pram. Other than this they have a really good stock of plenty of jewellery and random accessories as they should, there is normally a few staff and not much of a queue even at the weekends, probably cos only about four people can fit in the store at a time. They also do ear piercings.

Pros This shop is located inside Bracknell’s Princess Square shopping centre. It’s average sized for the chain, and has a large range of jewellery and accessories. It’s always easy to find a few cheap bargains amongst all the choice. The staff are happy to help with any queries– when I returned a necklace they were happy to swap it for a different one with no quibbles.
Cons Some of the stock can look cheap and plasticky in my opinion. It can take some sifting to find the good stuff.

Has a good selection of hair and earrings, most of it geared towards the tween and teenage girls. Can get quite busy and it’s small size means it’s difficult to get a pushchair in there.

Claires is situated inside princess square its quite a small shop and hard to get into with a pushchair. It has a good variety of earrings, necklaces, hair peices etc at resonable prices and also an ear piercing facilty which is done by a trained memeber of staff. staff come across friendly and helpful.

Could do with being a bigger store as it is always so jam packed in there. There is an area for girls to get ears pierced by a trained member of staff. The items are aimed at teenagers and have some cute things on sale.
