This is another good charity shop based in bradford — this one raises money for the ymca which is also based in bradford and helps the homeless — so, buying here is good because you are helping the homeless in your own city which is always a plus for me. The shop is half way down ivegate which is quite a steep hill which does get very slippy when wet weather so be careful — its always best to get to from the bottom rather than the top of the hill. There is no disabled access but apart from the hill there are no obstacles and no steps into the shop and the shop itself is pretty easy to manouvre about in. The goods in the shop vary from the usual clothes and accessories, cds, videos and dvds to books, toys and games and are all checked to ensure they are good quality before they are put out for sale. While this shop isnt the cheapest of charity shops it is a good place to buy things from but be prepared to spend a while rummaging as there isnt much order to the chaos. The staff are nice and polite and eager to please.
