wanting a night away, we checked in online and felt that we had got a great price, just £49. upon arrival the entrance hall/​bar/​reception was exceptionally clean! nice and bright and welcomed by friendly staff! we were checked in quickly and asking if breakfast was available, we were told a full english and continental breakfast was complimentary, which added to the wow factor we got when we arrived.
going into the room, the décor and look of the room was just as good as the lobby. and surprisingly some very nice and contemporary pictures on the walls, unlike some of the other hotels in the area.
room didn’t have a bath (the website said it did), but speaking with the reception staff they happily moved us without question to a room with a bath. breakfast was ‘ok’, but superb as a complimentary breakfast.
overall experience. excellent! will visit again.
