Brandon House Hotel

I really loved this hotel. The staff was warm and friendly. They were accommodating with out being condescending as they where the first people in the UK that I really interfaced with. The building was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable. It was in walking distance of lots of little restaurants and shops. The hotel’s restaurant has a nice Sunday Carvery. The wifi was fantastic. Could stream and VoIP with out issue. My main issue was the bed. The bed was beautifully made and the linens where ironed crisp, but the pillows where flat and the bed was extremely lumpy. With all of the nice updates, I recommend that they update the mattresses and pillows. Then it would certainly get 4 stars in my book.
