Braunton Post Office

a great little post office, and in this day when they all sem to be closing, its a gem. the staff are very friendly, and always make time for you, very helpful and informative. the place could do with a refit, as they seem to have more stock thn space, most of it is on the floor! always busy so you need to pick your times when to go, ie avoid pension day etc.

This is one of the smallest post offices that I have been in. They could do with making it bigger really as there’s only two cashier desks, and there’s not much room to queue for them. Normally on a saturday people are queuing outside as it’s so busy. As it’s the only post office in the main part of the village. In the post office you can also exchange money you have for when you go on holiday etc. By the door there are a couple of stands that have hand crafted cards displayed on them. These are really good quality and well priced.
