Great little gym, no pool which is a shame but the trainers are super friendly and treat you like friends. Reasonable price

This gym is very nice. Currently on a temporary membership here. Has recently been refurbished so equipment is very impressive! The rooms which I know about are the main gym room, weights room, power zone and the rooms used for classes. I mostly use the power zone which I absolutely love. It’s pretty unique as I haven’t seen it in any other gyms I’ve been to — it’s basically a room which is very dark with a massive tv screen showing music videos with music blaring. Really gets you in the mood for a work out — very motivating! And you don’t have to worry about people seeing how rough you look when you’re working out haha! Classes are also very good. The instructors really work you hard but that’s the best way — need to be pushed to the limit! Though the classes are hard, they’re good fun, especially if you go with friends. Would definitely recommend this gym!
