Over the years I have had a a love hate relationship with the excess fat on my body. I finally decided to bite to bullet and shift some weight. I tried everything(Atkins, Nigel Lawson, Detox in Indian(2 week fasting) Gym, running and BMF). THey all offered something different and yes Iost weight but over the years the weight came back on gradually mainly as i did not stick to a routine. A year ago I found Brighton Kettlebells and after some friends had tried it and told me it was AMAZING, I decided to give it a go. I booked myself and 8 friends on the«guarantee weight loss programme». It was intense and it taught me a new way of living, cooking and exercising. it was Brilliant! I loved it — I could not wait to get into class. I am now at my target weight and I’m about to embark on a «guarantee weight loss programme» in the new year ands start body conditioning and building some muscles. Kettlebells are WITHOUTDOUBT the BEST thing I have ever done for exercise. I only wish the classes were nearer to town where I live! I now run to class sometimes to give me an added workout!
