Wow! The place is clean, the staff are really friendly and very helpful. They know their customers by name. And if your new they welcome you as a regular. they know their products and they always source the best locally. Value for money. Great deals. Part of the community. I’ve seen cues going outside their shop and along the road. I’ve been in that cue. So get there early. Especially at weekends!
Look at their FB page. Can’t recommend them enough! I won a June hamper from a school raffle and the meat was amazing and full of flavour. Go see for yourselves!

Nice local butchers who source all of their meat from top quality places. I wanted some sausages for bangers and mash and bought the basic pork sausages which were lovely — really meaty and no horrid lumps of gristle in them.
After talking to the owner, he said they pride themselves on their steaks which are all Scotch and hung for a good amount of time for the best flavour. I’m getting hunger pangs just writing this.
When I was there, there wasn’t a lot of stock left (3pm) so worth going on your lunch break to get the good stuff!
