Alan Bendrey & Co

After having a bad experience with a local hairdressing salon I asked around and was recommeneded to visit Alan Bendrey & Co. I have been twice now and have really enjoyed the experience. I like the fact that it is busy but you feel relaxed & not croweded, most importantly everyone is friendly. My hair colour is the best it has been for a long time and I am really pleased with the cut. The cuting prices are comparable to where I have been in the past with the colouring being slightly more — worth it though as you get a much more professional result.

In a slightly weird position over in Aztec West, I was recommended this hairdressers, Alan Brendrey, by a friend, so made the trip out to give him a go. It was well worth it, and despite his position he seems to run a thriving and busy business — probably receiving a lot of trade from the neighbouring offices. The salon is quite large with a modern feel to it — it has a separate ‘wet’ room with the sinks, and then a really decent amount of haircutting stations. That, in itself, must be a sign of their high custom. It’s always been busy when I’ve been in, and each time I have it’s been fairly late evening. If you can, get Alan to cut your hair — he’s clearly a master of his trade, and very talkative (not in an annoying way– he’ll give you an intelligent conversation) and friendly. The prices aren’t super cheap, but you definitely pay for a quality of service.
