I’m a big fan of Andy’s Barber Shop in Kingswood. Kingswood is an independent little town on the outskirts of Bristol, a little more in the countryside and thus a little more old fashioned. Andy’s follows suit. There’s nothing here about hair styling or any silly talk like that. No, this is a gent’s barber shop — can’t you see the revolving red and whites outside?! Andy is the man behind the scissors and he’s a very nice chap indeed. He runs a tight ship of cleanliness and efficiency, and regularly updates his selection of men’s magazines. Andy’s is a tidy place and well deserved of good business.
