Tryed it out for a bite, got all I expected from a meal: friendly staff, tasty-freshhealthy food, a very relaxed athmosphere. Also not over-priced, so great for going there more often!

I stopped here for a quick bite to eat before shopping in Bristol. The prices seemed reasonable and the food did not disappoint. A really tasty falafel pitta with salad. Just try it!

Wonderful takeaway food with very reasonable price. I am not a fans of takeaways. but seeing lots of comments for Falafel Kings why not? I was not disappointed. Fresh, hot and tasty food at less then £5. Why more can you say?

Falafel is a wonderful food stuff that tricks your mind into eating meat when you really aren’t! Falafel King is one of my favourite places to fuel up for the walk home, after having a few beverages in the centre. The staff are so friendly, they even opened up for us once after they had closed, because we were so disappointed at the prospect of not having the tastiness in our bellies. My favourite item on the menu is Falafel in pitta — you are given a choice of salad leaves and different sauces which compliment the falafels perfectly. The food seems to be so much fresher than any other food cart or fast food establishment on the Waterfront I have tried, I actually find myself craving falafel the next day, instead of wanting to tear my insides out and apologising profusely to my stomach because I decided to have doner kebab. Give it a go! They even provide chairs and tables for you to sit and admire the reams of chavs emerging from Evew(Evolution for those of you who don’t understand the Bristol accent) and Oceana, narrowly missing a tumble into the water.

This is the best place in Bristol to pick up a falafel; especially in the early hours of the morning! It’s pretty cheap, especially since even a small falafel is really filling! The staff are friendly and they have a great range of sauces to choose from so you can customise your food. The reason I don’t rate it higher is just because there is nowhere under cover to sit which often means i have to go somewhere else when it’s cold/wet out, but the food is definitely worth a go.

The falafel king was the first taste I had of Bristol sitting opposite the waterfront and enjoying the snack. £4 gets you a huge wrap filled with lots of salad, deep fried falafels and a sauce of your choice from chilli, tahini and a yellow one. They also have extra-sized muffins for a £1.Lovely and fresh tasting. I definitely recommend this place.

Love this place, I usually have them about 1am after visiting the bars along the waterfront and they provide a much needed alternative to the deep fat fried battery vendors that litter Bristol city centre. Acutally quite a healthy late night snack, always does the job. Delicious.

A very popular café/take away due to the selection of delicious falafel’s made to your particular flavour. Falafel King is open late so it’s a hotspot for those fancying a quick healthy snack after a bit of boogying or late night mischief. Slowly becoming ceremonial to many, Falafel King is the place to get your nosh and be seen tucking into it!

Brilliant value, authetic, juicy, crunchy falafels. There’s no better flalafel shop in London even. I’ve been to them all! The salads are fresh, it’s good value for what you’re getting. The falafels are cooked freshly. Really good for veggies. I always go there, if I’m bound for the cinema– Arnolfini or Watershed. I’ve brought friends who’ve also enjoyed it just as much as I do. You can sit down outside the van at the tables they providedining al fresco! Also, they serve other things inside the pittas, baklava and coffee and nice fizzy drinks from Israel. Highly recommended.

A welcome alternative to the usual greasy takeaway food you get from vans. The food is tasty and filling with falafels, vine leaves and omelettes served with salad in pitta.

Falafel King is situated in the centre of Bristol near the Waterfront they make healthy Falafels with loads of salad a much nicer alternative to the usual takeaways and kebab shops in the centre.
