After my doctor suggested HRT as a last resort for hot flushes I thought I would try Health Scents as a very last last resort. The proprietor was very helpful and recommended a package which he assured me was very good. One week later after experiencing endless hot flushes both day and night, I can honestly say that I have not had a single one for the last 2 months. I can not express my thanks enough for the amazing difference that this has made to my life. Well done Health Scents (my husband thanks you also). Annette H

Now I’m not a yoghurt-​weaver myself, so I rarely frequent such mystifying shops filled with buckets of tofu and lies-​its-​all-​lies-​homeopathy bottles, but I have been here a few times for seeds for my porridge (much cheaper buying them by the scoop than in the tiny overpackaged and overpriced offerings from Tescos) and for quality vanilla extract for baking (Bourbon is the scrummiest, fact fans). Whod’ve thunk it?
