Hotcha is fantastic.
One evening we couldn’t decide what we were going to eat and after receiving two excellent recommendations from an employer and a friend we settled on Hotcha. I went through the website with ease and ordered a feast for four. I selected collection and ASAP and it was ASAP by the time we arrived at the restaurant (about 5 minutes later) our food was ready and waiting. We got home and the food was still piping hot and plenty of it! Overall a lovely experience, service and delicious food! Would recommend to anyone.

I thought at first they seemed pretty good great branding so thought they would have high quality. But they were a let down. The more we ordered over time the less the quality was there. Sorry but I prefer the take away on Old Market.

Terrible customer service ordered a curry and it came with no rice!!! Couldn’t get my head round that as there’s rice in the picture on menu! Beef in it was disgusting and headed straight for my brown bin. Hidden charges which is very deceptive. Have contacted hotcha three times now and they choose not to respond no apology, explanation absolutely nothing.

The foods good of that there is no doubt. But when they get it wrong they get it badly wrong. Having delivered the wrong order; it took a further hour and a half to correct their mistake with 9 phone calls in-​between topped off with the delivery chap asking for a second payment!
Its so close to being an excellent service but not there yet. Check your order before you pay at the door.

Went down to the grand opening yesterday, food was superb and they kindly had free drinks and their best selling dishes on offer. Very much recommend you stop by!
