Nugent & Wallis

This appears to be one of the more understated yet high end letting agents in Redland. There sure is no shortage of letting agents, it can be so hard to know where to start. If you don’t want to be messed around by some young upstart with a giant ego and a rubbish new Mini Cooper then you could do a lot worse than go to Nugent and Wallace. Sure, they don’t have the sheer amount of properties on their books that say Andrews and Ocean do but the ones they have are pretty good finds and usually get snapped right up so you need to be on the ball and keep checking there regularly. Most of the staff are women who seem to have been in the business for a good few years (no offence and all, I’m not saying they are old, just knowledgeable). It doesn’t seem like the more student-​focused letting agents, which if you’re a young professional or family is obviously a good thing.
