When I was a nipper I was fascinated by jewellery shops and their enticing window displays. For hours I would stand mesmerised by the ticking clocks, the necklaces and the pearls — frozen in time like snow. I find it very hard still to walk past such shops and not be sucked in.
Holman’s on Fishponds Road is no exception and has many such windows for my peepers. From watches and clocks to the more delicate stuff it’s all very good quality within very fair prices down here. They’ve been here a good few years now building up experience and a reputation for honesty. This is a good independent business and worth the trip down for sure.
