This was a very pleasant little restaurant in Broadstairs, Kent. I was drawn to the name as I’ve just recently read Around the World in 80 Days and I liked the idea of incorporating that into a restaurant. A few pros: * A lot of the menu options will substitute meat for Quorn products * Nice seating area with a fun décor — the walls had murals depicting various countries to go along with the theme * Extensive menu with all kinds of different foods * When I asked for ice in my soda they actually gave me more than three cubes * They have surprisingly good nachos for an English restaurant And the cons: * They don’t open up until 6pm * They are not prompt about opening at 6pm Aside from my frustration of hanging around outside at 6… wandering around a bit… coming back and waiting some more until well after 6, it was a lovely dinner in a lovely town and a great ending to our day.
