Lines are pretty much always too long… my main grunt with this place. However, the quality of clothes are pretty much always good and cheap-a great place to buy good quality clothes without spending too much money. This place is also conveniently located nearby some restaurants too, so it would be a good idea to eat after tiring yourself searching through all the stuff this large building has to offer!

This is a good branch of Primark, because the store interior is modern, bright and well-laid out. There are two floors selling clothing for children, babies, adults, teenagers and homeware. It’s a large store so there is lots of choice in that respect. It’s good to visit if you want cheap clothes and bedding etc. The quality of the clothing isn’t bad in terms of durability actually. I like to go there to get my essentials like socks and flannels! I found that the durability of the bedding is not that good. The real price that you pay for the cheaper shops like Primark is a lack of good customer service — they have to pay for their cheap goods some how! Hence be prepared to queue for ages. Also you used to be able to return Primark goods without a receipt, but they don’t let you do this anymore. I do miss the old Allders that used to occupy the building before Primark took it over though!

Well laid out usual Primark store. No surprises here. There are always long queues and the staff are less than friendly but if you want good clothes at cheap prices then this is the place to come!

Good sized primark store on two levels. Typical store with regard to tidiness, but difficult to keep on top of with popularity and customer numbers. Good selection of cheap clothing and accessories. Good position on High street just outside of The Glades.

As Primark’s go this is one of the better ones, but it’s still like a glorified jumble sale most of the time. I can’t understand why Primark seems to attract the kind of customers(not all of them of course) that will just drop stuff on the floor and not pick it up leaving clothes everywhere for the poor staff to run around after. Good disabled access with disabled changing rooms and specialist low pay point and lifts as well as escalators. Cheap and cheerful and just outside next door there is a plaque to commemorate the fact that it was the birth place of H G Wells.

This Primark store was formerly a branch of Allders. It covers three floors and it very spacious. The ground floor has womens clothing and accessories, the first floor has childrens wear and womens lingerie and the second floor has menswear, homewares and womens shoes. There is also a customer services department for refunds and queries. It is an extremely busy store but nevertheless there are ample checkouts and the staff deal very efficiently with the queues so the wait is never too long. There is an excellent range of products and the store seems to be kept reasonably tidy compared to the smaller branches.
