Superb! A great find for a us as we love coffee shops. Really nice food and an excellent selection of coffee. And the home made cakes one just isn’t enough! We’ve been 3 times know and travel over 15 miles to go there. It can get a bit hot and humid at times in the nice weather but the staff have always been great and either opened the front door or switched on the air conditioning for a while. Its a real local village café and all the better for the talking and close seating. Tina, the owner, is a real character and is the nicest café owner we’ve ever met. Its like she remembers every customer she’s ever had and treats you like a friend.

Nice snacks and coffee but its very tiny and I get a bit claustrophobic in such a small place; also everyone is listening to whatever you are talking about. Much better than the Robert Johnsons café (now closed) though, OK for a morning coffee or a quick pastry though.

A popular café in Brough serving an ample range of specialty coffees and reasonably-priced, generously-portioned, delicious food.
The venue has a warm, stylish yet unpretentious atmosphere and a wonderfully welcoming and accommodating staff.
There is usually a wide selection of daily specials and an assortment of deliciously indulgent, home-made cakes.
Highly recommended.
