Gartmore Riding School

Horses and ponies here are looked after very well. Great care is taken to match horse and rider and lessons are well thought out with clear, effective instructions. There is opportunity to have group or individual lessons and the instructors really focus on improving your riding from the basics up. You won’t be cantering before you’re ready and although sometimes it can feel a little frustrating it is building your confidence and your seat and balance that is important so that when you finally move up you are properly equipped to ride the movements and gaits correctly.
I came here with limited experience riding in a school and my riding improved a lot!
A really nice place, if with little to no presence on the Internet! I guess it says good things about the riding school that it doesn’t need to rely on advertising and gets all its clients from word of mouth recommendations.
