Station Steakhouse and Bar

Why come to an establishment like the Station Steakhouse if your main priority is not to eat a steak made from an exotic animal?
I am American, I am a huge foodie, and I eat steaks and food all around the world.
I was able to say, «that was the best steak I have ever had in my life!»
I had the 9oz Kangaroo fillet cooked medium rare. It was perfect. My whole table ordered Kangaroo, either the fillet, or the hamburger. Everyone was quite pleased.
The Kangaroo fillet is lean protein, won’t make your waist line bulge. It was so tender, I cut it with a butter knife. It needed nothing, just the steak itself, it was absolutely delicious.
The service was good, although our service was novice, I suggest in the future before he steps out into the field memorize the menu before you start seeing customers, I got a lot of «I don’t knows», but that is OK, it’s a training issue, but the food was fantastic and that is all that mattered.
I enjoyed a nice glass of port afterwards and my lot enjoyed the guest ales they had on top.
I’ve also experimented with the pizzas, they are quite nice, but who needs a pizza when you can have a Kangaroo fillet?
I eagerly await my next meal at the Station, I look forward to trying another exotic animal.

Unfortuately, now that I have experienced the dinner service… twice, I had to change my review. Don’t bother with dinner. Service, bad, food bad, atmosphere loud and overcrowded. Breakfast is still good though.
