Cafe Giardino

I’ve met a friend here fortnightly for almost ten years. It has always been superb. Right now, it still is.
Plenty of good tables to sit and wile away an hour or do over a hot drink. Their hot chocolate is delicious, large and their scones and pastries are always fresh.
Once or twice, just because we felt we should over the years, we’ve tried other cafes in Camberley. Waste of time. We just keep coming back to this one where they never let you down. The staff are the most cheerful bunch of chaps you could ask for and they never hurry you along. All relaxed there. And you can people-​watch from the balcony.
On occasion I have visited for a sandwich as the fillings always look tempting on display. And yes, they were. Not had hot food here, though.
Just avoid sitting with one of those balcony fans in your face and this is the place for coffee and refreshments in Camberley. Never seen an unhappy customer there over the years and the custom is a mix from the old to the parents with young kids. There’s a lift which I may need myself one day. But not yet.

Excellent service, generous portions and good coffee. Even some comfortable chairs and a view of the shoppers going past.

this is a bit hidden but worth finding. coffee & prices are very good.

This is a nice café, use the lift or stairs to get up to it — opposite Primark.
They sell nice rolls/​baguettes and you choose the filling, there are lots to choose from, my favourite is chicken stilton and bacon — yum.
The bread is always fresh as are the fillings and very tasty.
There is a good selection of cakes and tea and coffee.
The staff are friendly and quick.
