have to be a bit negative, the coffee was sour and gave me a bit of a down afterwards which to me is a sign of cheap coffee. The place looks nice enough and the staff were ok but ultimately its about the coffee which could have been better.

Nice staff, and traditional English food at long last! A great find. Even has jam roly poly and spotted dick. Good place for people on a budget too. Attracts traditional clientele. Liked the old Victorian photographs on the wall.
