Great pub in Canterbury! If you walk away from the very touristic places you can find this little treasure in a lovely street near the town centre. They have British pub food with a twist and great ales. Totally worth it if you are visiting Canterbury.

This pub brings back great memories of ridiculous teenage conversations with my friends. It’s a lovely pub. Cosy and inviting and a good place to start an evening. When I’m here I feel like I «should» drink an ale. I’ve never eaten here so can’t comment but as a traditional pub this place is cool.

favorite pub in Canterbury, although the pub is fairly spacious, it’s very cosy and intimate. Atmosphere is awesome and you’re always bound to meet really friendly people. At the same time it’s a great place to meet with friends. Love the hops (fake?) hanging all over the ceiling. Drinks are great, food specials are amazing, especially their roasts and lamb dishes

This pub is a reasonable sized pub, though still quite cosy. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. It is also very handy for a quick pint just before (or after!) a meal at Pizza Express, which is just across the street.
