If you’re looking for a good quality jewellers in the centre of Cardiff to get an alteration carried out then this is the place to come. I went around quite a few stores just the other week trying to find one that would take a few links out of a loose bracelet to make it fit nicely. After being given a ridiculous price in one store, then being given a reasonable price but told I would have to wait 10 days to have the bracelet back, I came here.
I honestly expected to be given another ridiculous price or waiting time as from the outside this appears to be a very pricey establishment. What I found however, was that the staff were very polite and gave me the same price as the second store I visited but told me my bracelet would be ready to collect in only 2 hours.
This was music to my ears so I handed over the bracelet and went back to work. When I returned to the store to pick the bracelet back up I was advised that the price they charge includes a complimentary clean of my jewellery. I was delighted; my silver bracelet looked as new as the day my mother gave it to me. Result!
