I have been through the horrible experience as a tenant with
letwise and now iam happy that i have no business with them. Right from the time you start viewing with them they will start
the game. At first they will be very charming, sweet talks with plastic
smiles. They will try to extract as much information as they could about your personal circumstances and use that information accordingly. But the moment you sign the contract all the smiles will
disappear and they will behave very smart.
And once you have given the booking fees they will ask for other extra charges like coheckout fees, inventory fees etc, etc. And please make sure once you finalise the property ask for second viewing before paying the booking fees and mention them the changes you need in the property. They will try to create an impression as if the the property is in high demand. You call them for any maintanence that will take for ever. Iam hearing so many bad things about them as i work in UHW.
ONE ADVISE NEVER EVER RENT PROPERTY FROM THEM. Stay away
